Technology
Our boiler systems are designed with versatility and durability in mind, specifically for the heavy industrial market. We specialize in 2 drum, single pass, top supported boiler systems for burning solid fuels. We have stoker fired technology using stationary, vibrating, and traveling grate systems. The option of water cooled or air cooled is available. Our systems are field erected industrial size systems, with membrane or water wall construction. FSE has a specialized Overfire Air System design for improved combustion and assisting in lowering NOx and CO emissions.
Steam Production
Our boiler systems range in steam production from 30,000 PPH to 500,000 PPH and up to 50 mW of electrical production
Fuels Fired
With our technology and expertise we are able to burn your by-product from whatever your mill process may be contingent upon the fact that certain requirements must be fullfilled. Some of the varieties of fuels that we burn are:
